Moves Pop Up Shop Re-Opening Ceremony, Brooklyn, NY / Fri., Jan 14, 2011

Moves is a fairly new pop up shop situated in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It is a joint venture brought to you by the kids at RUFFEO HEARTS LIL SNOTTY (RHLS.com)and WILLIAMSBURG FASHION WEEKEND (Williamsburgfashionweekend.com). The pop up shop features clothes, accessories, houseware, and other fun knick knacks from selected local designers and artisans that will be on sale to the public.

Stop by Moves on Friday, January 14 as they will be celebrating their re-opening all day with drinks and special discounts. Then a special champagne toast and balloon drop at 8 PM. Special performance by ET & T, and tunes provided by DJ Peter Pieper for the entire night.

Hello LL Lovelies! This Thursday will be my NYC DJ debut at BLACKOUT BAR (the bar run by the same folks at fashion boutique chain OAK). I will be spinning some great new wave, new romantic, and post punk jams along with my friend, artist Lacee Swan. Secret Public presents FACTORY NIGHT // JULY 15 // @ BLACKOUT BAR

Hey Ladies,

Next week a new party I am starting with my friends SECRET PUBLIC will be having a soft launch on July 15 at Blackout Bar in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It's called "FACTORY NIGHT"- featuring music from The Smiths, Joy Division, New Order, The Cure, and other New Wave, Post Punk, New Romantic, + Goth Pop bands.

The night will feature DJ/Artist Lacee Swan and Host/Photographer Chris Reed. We have Marcus Harris all the way from London DJing the night as well. If I weren't out of the town next week I would be djing at this shin dig too!

There is no cover and of course, it's 21+.

If you've never been to Blackout Bar before, which is owned by the same people that run NY boutique chain OAK, it is an amazing bar inside. It's got the darkness and mystery of a dive bar without the sketchyness. If you're into a Gothic, Depression-era, Art Deco aesthetic - then Blackout is your bar du jour.
