Journelle Brings the Sexy Back to SoHo, Intimately!

The lingerie specialists at Journelle celebrated the grand opening of their third retail shop, drawing a maximum capacity crowd of VIP's to the new SoHo location at 125 Mercer Street! Team Epiphany PR led the charge, as attendees were treated to elegant hors d'oeuvres and spirits served in flower-adorned glasses.

DJ Neil Armstrong kept the mood lively all evening, and people mingled happily as they weaved through the freshly-designed displays. At the storefront, a very confident model showed off some exclusive Journelle pieces. Needless to say, photographers swarmed to her!

Inspired by the word "journellement," French for "daily," Journelle is a lingerie store representing the modern woman. The new SoHo Store is a testament to founder Claire Chambers vision of providing "tastefully-curated" intimates to busy women. And the prices aren't bad either! From important pieces to wear under your work clothes to gracefully sexy sets to show off at home, Journelle has something every lady can love in her wardrobe!

Lladies Love: Spring Fashion Y'all!

We're still about a month away from some serious thawing out, but that doesn't mean we can't be prepared for the coming warmth. Body con has been the name of the game for that past three seasons. Alexander Wang continues the trend with a sporty twist. His mix of leather and fleece, paired with gym socks and open-toed booties is truly comfy AND sexy. For Spring in general, waters still flow in that direction but instead of basic black, brights, florals, ikat prints and stripes are on the come-up.

Paul Smith churned out a slick collection to die for, that encompasses almost all of the aforementioned categories. Inspired by the Gentlemen of Bacongo, Lladies of all shapes, sizes, and colors can draw inspiration from the runway looks. And why let our torsos have all the fun? 80%20 and Osborn Design wants us to bring the party down to street level. Of course you can always get your fix with smaller accessories, like a fun mudcloth bag from OAK.

In addition to the solids and stripes of the Sonia Rykiel pour H&M collection, the retailer is rolling out the flirty and fun Garden Collection for the season. Wildfox Couture is definitely rolling with the homies, adding cute printed tanks, funky geometric-print leggings and shorts shorts to the equation. Lots of hot date nights ahead y'all!

LLady Parking Only

This is NOT a joke.

A shopping center in China's Hebei province has built a car park with wider spaces and painted in pink and light purple to appeal to female tastes.

Official Wang Zheng said the car park was meant to cater to women's "strong sense of color and different sense of distance". UM OK???

The parking bays are one metre (3ft) wider than normal spaces, he said.

The Wanxiang-Tiancheng shopping centre had also "installed signs and security monitoring equipment that corresponded more to women's needs", he said.

Female parking attendants have been trained to help guide women drivers into their parking spaces. The bays also have extra lighting.
