Highly Photoshopped Hendricks on Esquire

I love Mad Men's Christina Hendricks, she's very refreshing. She's on the cover of Esquire this month, but she's been photoshopped to the point of nonrecognition. What gives? Isn't it her non-cookie cutter body and image that makes her so damn appealing?

90's + Girl Power: A Discussion

Remember the 90's? Remember "Girl Power"? What happened to all of that stuff?
Read a recent discussion on SLATE with Marisa Meltzer (author of Girl Power, The Nineties Revolution in Music) & Sara Marcus. They talk about angry women, babydoll dresses & Beth Ditto to name a few...

Highly recommend reading it if you were alive during the 1990's.
