The Shortlist: A Biennial of Creative Video

The Guggenheim Museum curators put together a short list of the most creative online videos from around the globe. The project is supported by HP and Intel (they are getting around) and has been narrowed down from 23,300 submissions! The jury included Laurie Anderson and Ryan McGinley so you know there are some really creative videos.

The Female of the Species...

The trauma of living with a philandering father and purposely oblivious mother set the tone for Louise Bourgeois's work. This week Ms. Bourgeois is being celebrated in film and with a retrospective at the Guggenheim Museum.
