Civil disobedience has been implemented in this woman's revolt against Bank of America. Ann Minch of Red Bluff, California has been using her B of A card for years - she's never missed a payment. But recently, after receiving notice that her APR had increased to a whopping 30%, she took a stand. After attempting to negotiate a lower interest rate, she has refused to pay her balance, claiming there is nothing the financial giant can do about it. Watch the video she made and sent to the bank.
