LLadies Fashion Scoop: Pop-UP!

With products and fashion lines changing each season (if not daily), why can’t the stores we shop in mix it up at bit too? I am sure you have stumbled upon some amazing store in your neighborhood, appearing unannounced—quickly drawing in the trendy crowds—only to disappear or morph into something else the next day. Well, we have some gems that you shouldn’t miss—and be careful because these stores are only here for a brief time!

For those of you who tire of your handbags, shoes or even boyfriends each season—these pop-up stores should put a little pep in your step and liven up any dull day.

Junkprints is Brooklyn’s indie designer of clothing, accessories and (my personal favorite) these amazing art wallets! They are hosting their very first open studio shopping event on FNO. Go and see the new space, meet the designer and shake your groove thang to the resident DJ. Bonus: door prizes and maybe some fancy celeb types!

Caravan Stylist Studio

Sky Room 330 W 40th Street (btw 8th and 9th) New York NY 10018

Caravan Stylist Studio will host a one night only pop up shop in the cabanas at Sky Room, NYC's highest rooftop lounge, in collaboration with Fashion’s Night Out. The shop will offer cool vintage finds from around the world - including artwork, clothing, albums and jewelry - curated by Josh Madden and a selection of Junk Food t-shirts. Sip on specialty cocktails by Baileys and sample Sky Room’s Designer Dessert menu, which features dishes inspired by Rebecca Taylor, Yeohlee, Nanette Lepore, Rebecca Minkoff, Katie Gallagher, Walter and Miguelina. 9pm-Midnight

RS POP is a social media POP UP Shop- highlighting emerging designers and artists. On Sept. 10^th, meet celebrity stylist Ricardo Rojas, who is creating a pop-up salon for guests to get styled for the night. Dolita Paris will be doing a live runway show in their gallery at 7pm. Chow down on complimentary POP chips and mini cupcakes by Sprinkle Splash bakery and sip on IZZE Sparking Juice throughout the night while also getting makeup tips by Makeup by Mojica.
