Music Makes the Ladies Come Together

image from Molly's facebook page

Music is pervasive and apart of daily culture. That's why Ladies Lotto thought it'd be fun to put together July events surrounding the incredible women who are making moves in the music industry (in various capacities).

We asked Molly Neuman to speak in NYC on July 29th.

Originally from Washington, DC, Molly Neuman began her career in music as the drummer for the seminal riot girl band Bratmobile (ZOMG!!!). After graduating from The Evergreen State College in 1992, she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and began to work at Lookout Records in 1994. In 1997 she became a partner and has been instrumental in the signing and development of such artists as The Donnas, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Ted Leo/Pharmacists among many others.

In 2001 she co founded Indivision Management, an artist management company dedicated to preserving artists autonomy in their careers while providing them with complete management services.

Molly continues to play music with friends because this is what keeps her heart light. She is currently based in New York City.

Molly will be speaking at Ladies Lotto's next event. SAVE THE DATE NY: JULY 29th!

More info to come this week about our other 2 guest speakers in NYC + other guest speakers in other cities...
