Ladies Lotto Los Angeles' surprise guest speaker: ASIA ONE!
Asia One is known worldwide as a Bgirl icon and performer - she is a global consultant on Hip-Hop lifestyle and travels the world regularly not only performing, but speaking or consulting with various other world ambassadors of dance on the future evolution of the dance and the culture. Bgirlism is her motto and lifestyle philosophy.
Asia has been breaking for 12 years and been affiliated with The Rock Steady Crew, Eternal 2 Creations, Tony Tee Dance Projects, Malcolm Mclaren’s Buffalo Girls, and currently holds it down with her production and dance company called No Easy Props Productions and Essential Rockers Crew. She was portrayed in the Rachel Ramist documentary on women in Hip-Hop entitled "Nobody Knows My Name", was a featured artist in "The Freshest Kids" Bboy documentary, and was a commentator and coordinator of MGM's "The Breakin" DVD Collection". Additionally, she was featured in the PowerHouse book entitled We B*Girlz, and the Inner Ocean book entitled "We Got Issues", and the Vibes "Hip-Hop Divas" book.
Currently Asia One is a partner and leading creative executive for the Juice Nation project - determined to once again break barriers and further the urban dance culture to yet another level. Perhaps the most inspiring goal is her current plan to call together the world leaders/ambassadors to a One World meeting in order to unite world-wide efforts, events and awareness of the Bboy/Bgirl lifestyle. She continues this, and all of her efforts, in order to fulfill her dream to be "that girl" who is the visionary that builds an empowered, self-sufficient, financially prosperous, holistic Hip-Hop Community that affects positive change in the world.
