Having recently bought my first car, i have discovered "the top off," which is when the pump clicks and you squeeze it again to get some more precious gas.
However, the Envirornmental Protection Agency states this actually pumps gas back into the pumps, which a. means you pay for gas you didn't get and b. forces the gas vapors into the air.
I'm not sure if this happens at the veggie oil pump as well...but think twice on the top offs ladies:)
