We've all woken up with the previous nights' liner still hanging around. Who would have guessed that "morning-after" makeup, on purpose, would be the new thing? Ladies Lotto beauty writer, Betsey McClain, fills us in on the trend that was all the rage on the fall runways. Some designers went for a more clean, matte look.
