50ml Pink Grapefruit

20ml Lemon juice

30ml Watermelon

2ml Sugar syrup

7ml Sweet balsamic reduction

Shake and strain. Serve in a martini glass. (reduction: 100g sugar and 50g balsamic vinegar reduced by 1/4 on the hob over low heat)
