Rise above the holiday season with a double packed event kicking off with a yoga class led by ladies Lotto member Agatha Wasilewska.Then, clean your mind for 'Chill out & Get healthy' Author, licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, Aimee Raupp, who will share ways to stay healthy through the holidays and tips to prevent those "time of year" blues!

Raupp will follow her discussion with Q&A and book signing.
