Molly, hailing from Washington, D.C., began her career in music banging out the beats as a drummer for bands such as The Frumpies, The PeeChees, and Bratmobile. After relocating to the San Fransisco Bay area, she hooked up with Lookout records in 1994. She became a partner in 1997, and from there has been instrumental in signing and developing such artists as The Donnas, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Ted Leo/Pharmacists among many others.
In 2001, she co-founded Indivision Management, an artist management company dedicated to preserving artists liberty in their careers while providing them with complete management services.
Molly who's currently based in Brooklyn, continues to play music with friends as it makes her happy! You can keep up with Molly via Twitter and read a more detailed bio at Wikipedia.
