Born from the sound waves of Decibel Festival in 2008, SEAC brings the spirit of the music forum to the Capitol Hill area of the Seattle community. The festival was founded in Seattle in 2003, has expanded to bring the best beats to cities like NYC and Montreal, and is now the 3rd largest electronic and dance music festival in North America. Decibel holds a variety of activities during the festival, including concerts (there have been over 400!), panels, workshops and more! Previous acts have included Biosphere and Meat Beat Manifesto.
SEAC, often associated with the Decibel community, is a space for affordable music-related education and events.
