Steve Fowler, who owns Vice down the street, now hosts a Wednesday night party at S Bar called Model Citizen. Expect a crowd of party-goers with model good looks and cash to spend. You'll find DJ Splyce there every week spinning your favorite house, hip-hop and rock jams. If you don't want to cough up the dough for table service, we hear Fowler has a thing for blonds; so if all else fails, try bleaching your hair for admission.
