Firstly, I'd like to make it very clear that I am not questioning New York's claim on fabulous nails (the lovely ladies at Valley are a perfect example of my point). That said I've been noticing a growing trend in Tokyo and now Hong Kong towards longer, colourful, crazy and increasingly fabulous nails with each visit I make to both these places.
I still haven't quite figured out how these women manage to work, eat or strap on their Marc Jacobs sandals with the dozens of mini plastic toys stuck to their fingertips. I'll do some research and report back later.
